During my professional career, I have gained extensive experience in many areas of the real estate industry. My specialties, however are, marketing and management of homes for sale, foreclosures, relocating sellers and transferring buyers, as well as Commercial Real Estate (from land and building leases to the sales and purchasing of large offices, buildings and shopping centers). I have represented clients nationwide in every aspect of the real estate transaction, from initial acquisition to transfer of ownership.

Consistent Feedback- I will continually do a daily check for new properties that fit the criteria of my clients whether buyers or sellers.  

Signs- allow for 24 hours per day, 7 days per week advertising of your home. 

Lock boxes- a computerized or combination lock box installed makes your home more convenient to show and keeps a computerized log of all agents that have viewed your home.  

Interior & Exterior Photos - so agents and buyers can view all the appealing aspects of your home.  

Broker Luncheon- a lunch provided by the Listing Broker and Mortgage Broker, in your home will allow Co-Operating Brokers to get a better look and feel of your home for their prospective buyers.  

I offer a pre inspection service for all my home listings. This allows you up front knowledge of any potential issues that may be a concern for home inspectors, as well as letting you know that your home has a clean bill of health. This will also give buyers a level of reassurance that the home their interested in has been pre-inspected and what the results were (should not take the place of the buyer’s home inspection).  

Bi-weekly Feedback- I will obtain feedback bi-weekly from all agents that have shown your home. Feedback will be reviewed with you on a bi-weekly basis. This position has enhanced all my training and skills as a real estate professional, although all of my responsibilities will remain the same.
 

1990 – 2007 Deputy Sheriff
My responsibilities included but are not limited to maintaining the safety, security and good order of the facility, as well as monitoring the care and custody of the inmates. Some duties included; completing all booking procedures (finger printing and taking photos, body searches, etc.), supervising and transporting prisoners (to and from courts, medical facilities, hospitals, prisons and institutions), updating and controlling all log books, locking and checking devices, computer filing, training and supervising new officers, and more.
 

1989 – 1993 Sales Representative
Maintained and stocked entire Health and Beauty Aid Dept in five Jamesway Stores. Using a computerized system I computed and transmitted orders for store supplies. I restocked and reorganized the Health and Beauty Dept.; this included reporting and recording all missing and damaged items. Responsible for training new staff and later promoted to District Manager, covering 15 stores. This position would have entailed the training and supervising of 22 or more staff in the New York and New Jersey areas. The company transferred ownership prior to my completing training and filling the position.

Financing Your Home >Mortgage Fears

It is not unusual for home buyers to feel that the lender is being very critical during the loan approval process. The buyer is required to provide all kinds of financial information, and then the lender asks for more. If this is your experience, and the process seems discouraging, remember that none of this is personal!

Some lenders have more stringent requirements than others, but every lender requires a substantial amount of documentation on a mortgage loan. They must verify employment, credit history, and recent financial transactions involving your liquid assets. If your Visa payment was late, they may ask for a letter explaining why. If you are self-employed, they will ask for tax returns from at least three years and probably a year-to-date profit and loss statement.

Government regulations require mortgage companies to document everything. And while the loan officer may know that you are a reliable risk, the underwriters must be able to defend the loan to a federal bank examiner or auditor.
